Summer Henge Honey

Henge Honey's Summer produce is made in a local village with wildflowers growing locally on Salisbury Plain. This creates higher levels of fructose meaning it doesn't crystallise and creates a beautifully clear liquid gold.

Mark of Henge Honey makes sure to leave plenty of honey for the bees during winter, never replacing it with the sugar water used in some commercial hives.

The pollen from the diverse hedgerows, crocuses, and apple blossom found on Salisbury Plain as well as the rape pollen from the surrounding farmland produces a glucose level which granulates quicker giving a deliciously 'creamed' set honey.
