Due to the way we work with our Traders we are unable to offer refunds or credit notes on their products should you change your mind about an item. We are happy to exchange for an item from the same Trader. This does not affect your standard consumer rights to be offered an exchange or refund if the item is proven to be faulty.
Non- Trader items can be exchanged for any other non-trader item, or we can issue a credit note. This does not affect your standard consumer rights to be offered an exchange or refund if the item is proven to be faulty.
Earrings cannot be returned at any time for hygiene reasons.
These terms are subject to the item being returned within 14 days of purchase with their original labels and your till receipt.
Please note: Credit notes can not be used to purchase sale items and no change will be given for credit notes that have not been spent in full.
