Spring Henge Honey

Henge Honey's Spring produce is made in a local village with pollen from the diverse hedgerows, crocuses, and apple blossom found on Salisbury Plain as well as the rape pollen from the surrounding farmland.

The glucose level from these plants granulates quicker giving a beautiful 'creamed' set honey. 

Mark of Henge Honey makes sure to leave plenty of honey for the bees during winter, never replacing it with the sugar water used in some commercial hives.
